(4) When contacting us via email or contact form, your transmitted data (your email address, your name) will be saved in order to process your request. Legal basis for the processing of your data, which is transmitted by sending an email or completing the contact form, is §6 (1)(f) DSGVO. If the contact should be initiated for the purpose of entering into a contract, the additonal legal basis of §6 (1)(b) DSGVO applies. Data received in this context will either be deleted after the necessity for its storage has ceased to exist, or it will be restricted in its use, in case that a legal obligation for continued storage exists.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting out website

(1) For informational use of our website, i.e. visiting the site without signing up or otherwise disclosing information to us, we will only collect the personal data transmitted by your browser to our server. If you wish to view the website, we will collect the following data which is technically necessary for website display and to maintain its stability and security (legal basis is §6 (1), page 1 (f) DSGVO):

- date and time of the request, i.e. the visit
- time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

- access status/HTTP-status code
- respective volume of transmitted data

- operating system and its interface
- language and version of browser software

(2) In addition to the abovementioned data, cookies will be transmitted to your computer when visting our website. Cookies are defined as small text files which will be saved on your hard drive and are allocated to the browser you have used in the website visit, and which will transmit certain information to the entity which has placed the cookie (in this instance, us). Cookies cannot execute programs ot transmit viruses to your computer. Their purpose is to make internet use more user-friendly and more effective.

In order to use this feature, you will have to disclose personal data which we will process for the provision of specific services, and under the above principles for data processing. At the time of writing, this includes your name and email address.


§ 5 Objection to or withdrawal of authorization for the processing of your personal data

(1) If you have given the authorization for processing your personal data, you may withdraw this authorization at any point. Such a withdrawal of authorization will affect the legitimacy of processing your personal data as soon as you have communicated the withdrawal of authorziation to us.

(2) In as far as the processing of your personal data is based on the balancing of interest, you may object to the processing of the data. This is the case if the processing of data is not pertinent to the performance of a mutual contract, which will be detailed by us in the following for each of the feature descriptions. When excersizing your right to such an objection, we ask that you present us with the reasons why your personal data shall not be processed by us in the way which has been detailed above. If your objection should be justified, the situation will be examined and either the processing of your data will be discontinued, or adjusted accordingly, or we will present you with compelling legitimate grounds for our continued processing of your personal data.

§ 6 Advertisement

Company names and product names are used to identify companies and products within the scope of testing, tutorials, personal experiences reports and similar, non-commercial use cases, but without any influence or payment by the companies, dealers or other commercial agents. I do not accept any sponsored products, services or activities. I do not generate any kind of income from this website.
